Final draft: October, 1974. 8 1/2" x 11" 96 pages staple-bound paperback. Staples show only slight rusting. Some cover edge wear. Some soiling to the covers. A 1/2" tear on the bottom of the front cover. It looks like a homemade rubber stamp, price of 3 dollars on the front cover. Some bumping page tips, mostly on the bottom of the front cover. A small stain inside the back cover. I see no other previous owner markings.  No tears, other folds or creases to pages. Binding is tight with no looseness to pages.
