Also laid in, a large white card with Harvey Kubernik's name embossed at the top, written in the same pen, "Ray - /Enjoy!/ Harvey", and on a full blank page with Harvey Kubernik's letterhead, written in black ball point pen, "1/23/2004 / Ray- we miss you in /L.A.! /Hope to talk to you /soon- /March 6th is my /book publication party /If you will be in town /Best, /Harvey" wrapped around a full page book order form for 'This is Rebel Music'. It looks clear the 'Ray' refered to is Ray Manczarek Jr. formerly of 'The Doors' music group, who has the first essay in the book. I have not verified 'Ray' is Ray Manczarek.
