It appears to me that this publication was originally a staple bound book and was rebound by De Vorss & Co., whose information is published on the back of the cover. Lettering on front, back covers and spine are quite legible. Covers show moderate edge wear. The staple binding inside the covers is visible and shows rust. The paper of inside the covers is white while the paper of the original pamphlet is slightly tanned, but still flexible. I found pencil underlining on page three and pencil bracketing on page four. A number of prices on the ads on pages 62 and 63 are over printed with 50 cents from what was originally 35 cents. The advertized prices on page 64 are simply blacked out. These are the only no-published markings I find. Otherwise, no tears, folds or creases to pages. Binding is tight with no looseness to pages.
