Bright gilt lettering on front cover and spine. `Wear somewhat heavy on cover tips and top and bottom of the spine. Weiser Books label inside the front cover. Erasure mark and previous owner gifting dated 1900 on the first blank page. A little water stain on the bottom of the first few pages. A few pages have corner folds. Errata slip after lecture 'Cosmic Evolution and Its Purpose'. Smudges on the last page of that lecture. The next page is loose. I find no other previous owner markings. No tears, other folds or creases to pages. Binding is tight with only looseness to the one page. Not ex-library, not remaindered and not a facsimile reprint.
