Moderate cover edge wear, except on the top rear of the spine where it seems to have a 1/4" tear. Gilt lettering on the spine has just about faded into oblivion. On the front cover, the gilt lettering is faded, but still quite legible. There is water staining on the top and bottom of the page block, but I see no bleeding to the page surfaces. Edges of page block are soiled and tanning. I found one phrase underlined on page 11. There might be more, but I have flipped through the book a number of times and not found. I did find an occasional spot inside on the text. Metaphysical bookstore label and erasure marks inside the front cover. No tears, folds or creases to pages.
