Hard cover has wear on the edges. SOme blemishes on the front and back covers. PAges are not dog-eared with no previous owner markings, but some tanning to from and end illustrated free end papers. SOme light tanning? a the bottom of the pages. A few of the pages have some smudging on the bottom. Three pages have inch long tears at the bottom, 2 are near the spine. One or 2 others feel delicate. WHile complete and without tears to the joints, there is some looseness to the bottom of thebinding and there is some looseness some of the pages, although none are about to fall out. AH23a
