Tender is the Night A Romance by F. Scott Fitzgerald. Charles Scribner's Sons. 1934. First printing with 'A' on the copyright page. 5 1/2" x 7 1/2" 408 page Hardcover with no dust jacket. Gilt lettering on spine is quite faded, but still legible, some of it barely legible. Heavy cover edge wear. Edges of the page block are tanned. Pages, slightly tanned, still quite flexible. Light tanning and foxing inside the front and back covers. Library stamping inside the front cover. That is the only library marking I see. I find occaisional spots and stains within the text. About the worst, I have photographed. I have attempted to repair some separation in the binding, but I was not completely successful inside the back cover. No other previous owner markings. No tears, folds or creases to pages. There is still a looseness in the binding. Not remaindered and not a facsimile reprint. For sale by Jon Wobber, bookseller since 1978. IC27a
